The following is a simple procedure that PBC like to follow in order to ensure your evacuation needs and requirements are met.
PBC inspect both new and existing buildings in order to plan your buildings most efficient evacuation scheme. We then submit this plan to Fire and Emergency NZ for their approval and once approved, we assist in the appointment and training of Fire Wardens. In keeping with regulatory requirements we conduct per term evacuations for educational facilities and six monthly trial evacuations for all other building types. PBC utilise a superior Quality Management System (AS/NZS ISO 9001:2015) coupled with our warm and friendly interpersonal skills to manage the paper trail for you, re-visiting with you every six months (or as required) to hold meetings and evacuations.
PBC will then provide you with a comprehensive Fire Evacuation report and an up to date Fire Wardens list leaving you with peace of mind knowing that should there be a fire, your staff, your tenants and their visitors will have the knowledge and training to evacuate the building safely.
